KMK follows the rules of ISO 9001:2001 quality assurance system. All texts are proof-read and undergo the verification procedure carried out by translators and proofreaders.

Polish legislation requires that user manuals in Polish are to be enclosed to all devices and machines marketed in Poland. Similar requirements are also included in the new Machinery Directive, which established, in particular, rules on the translation of user manuals (implemented on 29 December 2009). "Annex 1, Section 1.7.4. All machinery must be accompanied by instructions in the Official Community language or languages of the Member State in which it is placed on the market and/or put into service."
