All translated texts are as a rule maintained strictly confidential.

KMK shall maintain all information contained in the documents provided by our customers confidential.

Both, KMK employees and all cooperating third parties, including translators, have signed a confidentiality clause, as required under the ISO Quality System.

Upon request, all documents which contain confidential information shall be delivered directly to authorised persons only.

KMK shall return or formally destroy all data carriers and all copies thereof that contain any information deemed confidential, upon customer request in writing.

All hard copies of translations shall be destroyed by an authorised company. An example of destruction record is presented below.



For secret documents, we sign a separate confidentiality clause.

Unlike other translation companies, we maintain confidential and do not disclose any names of our customers on our website or otherwise.
