Quality policy
For our customers, translations are essential in pursuing their business activities and aspirations. The majority of technical texts handled by KMK consists of user manuals, operation and maintenance manuals, product information, and other technical documents. Excellent language skills, quality and accuracy are obviously of fundamental importance in providing high quality of professional translations, and all translators collaborating with KMK meet these strict criteria.
KMK strives to provide and maintain equal and continuous quality of translation services, as per ISO 9001:2001 Quality Assurance Standard implemented in 2004. Ever since ISO certification, the translation process has been subject to regular external audits held at KMK.KMK was awarded ISO Certificate by an independent certifying body to confirm professionalism and top-quality of its customer service.
As per ISO 9001:2001 Quality Assurance Standard, each translated text is subject to quality control consisting of proofreading by translator and proof-reader.
In 2007, KMK implemented PN-EN 15038 standard for quality assurance in translation services. All translation services offered by KMK meet the requirements of PN-EN 15038, which will be officially implemented in 2010.
