Welcome to KMK Translation Company based in Warsaw. Established in 1997, KMK provides translation services in a wide variety of fields for numerous Polish and international companies. Ever since its establishment, KMK has delivered to its customers tens of thousands of translated documents!

KMK generally operates online. All source documents and translated texts can be sent on-line.

KMK employs a team of experienced project managers and professional translators that is focused on providing qualified customer service. Each and every translation job is handled individually. Our translators are professionals with extensive expertise (mostly engineers) and experienced linguists. Each translation is subject to verification by proofreaders.

For the most part, we deal with highly professional texts from across a wide spectrum: automation, construction, machinery and engineering, technology, IT, and other technical sectors. We are capable of providing highly professional translations of the most complicated documentation.

The quality of translation services is at the forefront of our attention. Since 2004, KMK operates according to ISO 9001:2001 standard. In addition, KMK follows PN-EN 15038 standard for translation services as well as the Code of Good Practice of the Polish Association of Translation Agencies (PSBT).

Certification audit PN-EN 15038

We would like to inform that on 12th October 2010 KMK Translation Company underwent the certification audit PN-EN 15038.

Within the certification process carried out by an auditor of Bureau Veritas, the translation procedures applied by KMK were confirmed to meet all requirements of PN-EN 15038. KMK offers translation services of the highest quality due to the internal quality management process.

In 2004 KMK implemented quality management system in compliance with ISO 9001:2001 standard. With introduction of PN-EN 15038, we adjusted our management system to the specific requirements of the translation industry. Elections at the Polish Association of Translation Agencies (PSBT)

We are pleased to inform you that the President of KMK, Elżbieta Pląskowska, was appointed Vice President of the Polish Association of Translation Agencies (PSBT). Elżbieta Pląskowska was re-elected as the Member of the Executive Board for another term.

Implementation of the PN-EN 15038 standard for translation services

KMK is now planning to implement PN-EN 15038 standard for providers of translation services. KMK has been long operating according to this standard and is now willing to obtain PN-EN 15038 certification. The new PN-EN 15038 standard seeks to guarantee high quality of translation services.

Certification Audit of the ISO 9001:2001 Quality Management System.

We are pleased to inform you that KMK has successfully completed another recertification audit of the ISO 9001:2001 Quality Management System covering the translation process of professional documents (technical, medical and other documentation) with the aid of advanced technologies.
